Individual donations are deeply appreciated and directly fuel our mission. While our current funding is primarily provided through our valued signatory organisations, additional donations and a growing network of signatories allow us to significantly expand PAN NZ’s presence and reach across the entire New Zealand aviation community.

As additional funding and new signatories allow, we plan to expand our footprint across the New Zealand aviation community by hosting industry-wide events and bringing in expert guest speakers. These initiatives will help normalise mental health conversations, deepen awareness, and build lasting resilience across every sector of our industry.
